Overview
Designed and implemented a complex, rule-driven customer intake and qualification system for a large cloud-based SaaS platform. The application dynamically evaluated user responses across multiple modules, where answers in one section could significantly influence logic and weighting in entirely different parts of the flow. The system applied algorithmic scoring and conditional branching in real time, progressively shaping the experience to surface high-value signals while minimizing friction for users. Built in framework-free JavaScript for performance, control, and compatibility within an existing enterprise environment.
